03 / WEBSITE CARE

Website Care is an ongoing maintenance arrangement for an existing website. It covers the routine work that keeps the site current and supported, without implying a redesign, a development retainer or unlimited technical work.

The subscription includes up to 60 minutes of corrective technical support per month, per managed website. That allowance covers minor corrections, troubleshooting, diagnosis and adjustments required to maintain the existing functionality of the website.

02 Monthly allowance

Included Corrective Technical Support.

The allowance is a monthly allocation, not a guaranteed response time or an unlimited amount of work. It applies to this subscription and expires at the end of each billing month.

What it covers

  • Minor technical corrections and adjustments
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosis of existing functionality
  • Work initiated by the customer or proactively following monitoring, maintenance or routine technical checks
  • Time spent investigating, diagnosing and resolving corrective issues, including work performed without direct customer involvement

Routine monitoring, scheduled maintenance and standard update procedures are included in the subscription and do not consume the allowance.

Corrections required as a direct result of our own maintenance, updates or changes do not consume the allowance.

What it does not cover

  • Major repairs
  • Malware removal
  • New functionality or development work
  • Extensive investigations
  • Redesign or substantial content work
  • Work outside the agreed subscription scope

When the allowance is exhausted

When the 60 minutes are used, further corrective work is quoted at the standard additional technical rate of €75 per hour, in 15-minute increments, and only undertaken with your approval. Routine monitoring, scheduled maintenance, standard updates and corrections caused by our own work do not consume the allowance.

How additional work is approved

Work exceeding the monthly allowance, and work outside the agreed scope, is quoted separately where appropriate. We obtain your approval before additional work is undertaken.

Standard additional technical work: €75 per hour, 15-minute minimum billing increment.
