01 / WEBSITE MONITORING
We check that the website responds and that key pages return the expected result. A failed check raises an alert, and the included human review provides an initial assessment of whether the alert indicates a genuine availability problem.
The subscription covers monitoring and alert review, not remediation. If an alert requires corrective work, that work is discussed and approved separately.
The allowance is a monthly allocation, not a guaranteed response time or an unlimited amount of work. It applies to this subscription and expires at the end of each billing month.
When the allowance is exhausted
When the monthly review allowance is used, further alerts are still recorded and notified, but additional human investigation is not included in the subscription. Any further investigation or corrective work is quoted separately and only undertaken with your approval.
How additional work is approved
Additional investigation or corrective work is not performed automatically. We explain what is required, obtain your approval and quote the work separately where appropriate.
Standard additional technical work: €75 per hour, 15-minute minimum billing increment.
Additional work and subscription termsEach plan has a different scope and allowance. The monitoring plans include human alert review; the care plans include corrective technical support.
